There are two ways to start an on-demand coaching consult.
First, go to the navigation menu on the top left of the screen and click on “Coaching” then select “Connect With A Coach Now”. This will start an on-demand video consult. If a coach is available, they will connect within a minute or two.
If you currently have a consult appointment made, go to the top of the “Coaching” screen. You should see a green button that says “Talk to a coach now”.
