Open the navigation on the left side and select “Coaching”, then “Schedule an appointment”

This will take you to the coaching calendar. Select a coach, date, and time.
Add any notes that you may want your coach to know before your appointment and click “Confirm Appointment”.
Once you confirm your appointment, the below information will appear at the top of your home screen and coaching screen. A green button that says “begin consult” will appear when it is time to begin. It will stay live for 10 minutes.
